Cambrian Park

 United Methodist Church

Seekers is our ongoing Tuesday morning group. We meet at 10:00 AM for people seeking to grow personally and spiritually by reading and discussing books together. Both men and women are welcome!  We are not a closed group!  Although there tends to be a core of people who attend regularly, many come in and out depending on their availability.  We welcome you to join us at any time when your schedule allows and/or your interest is peaked by the book we are reading.  Bring a friend!

Seekers not only introduces us to thought-provoking books but to good friends and a great circle of support.  Hope to see you soon!

United Methodist Women - 2019
We are women from Cambrian Park UMC who meet four times a year for spiritual fellowship, with programs that inform and projects that help improve the lives of women, children and youth, here and around the world.  United Methodist Women is the largest denominational faith organization for women with approximately 800,000 members whose mission is fostering spiritual growth, developing leaders and advocating for justice.
At Cambrian Park, our group is led by women who use the UMW motto “Faith, Hope and Love in Action” to accomplish much.   We hope you can join us this year for a program or project.   We welcome all.

Check out our events for the rest of 2019
Our first program of the year is called Connect and Learn hosted by our Cambrian Park group.  The event is a District United Methodist Women program for those women who already are officers in their own unit of UMW.  We have workshops program planning, Social Action, and Spiritual growth.  Jan. 26, Sat. 2019

April 7th we are hosting a speaker from the YWCA after church .  This is in honor of Susie Wilson, a long time member of our church and a UMW supporter who loved the mission of the "Y".   The speaker  will bring us up to date on what is happening now and what ways our two organizations are connected in our wish to help women and children.  Food and program provided.
