There is an all age service project happening on our campus THIS Saturday! We have a Change the World day this Saturday, January 10 from 10am-12noon. We will be working in the Sunday School rooms and Live Big Hall. We have planned to make 150 non-perishable lunches for the homeless, collecting warm items from the Cambrian Park neighborhood, and will be making fleece blankets! We have also arranged to have a member of SHHAC come and speak with us about the current needs of the homeless before we begin our projects that morning. This is a great thing for the whole family to join. If you have any gently used: Hats, Socks, Mittens, Sleeping Bags, Tents, Blankets, Jackets, Sweaters, etc. please bring them on Saturday. Can't make it Saturday but have things to give? Drop it off at the church sometime this week, or comment here and we will try to work out a time to pick up items. This is being put on by the Building Hope team, a service organization made up from members of Cambrian Park, Almaden Hills, and Willow Glen United Methodist Churches!
