Elizabeth received her Masters of Music from the University of Maryland School of Music where she studied with Bradford Gowen.  She holds her Bachelors in Music from James Madison University where she was twice awarded first place in the School of Music Concerto Competition.  Liz was also awarded first place in the Virginia Music Teachers Association Piano Competition and has performed in master classes for Ruth Laredo, Andre Michel Schub and Andre Watts.  In 2005 Elizabeth was a semi-finalist in the International Russian Piano Competition held in San Jose, California. Elizabeth has been the organist for Cambrian Park UMC since 2004.
